Ocala national forest has some kick ass caves. If you're in north central the Ichetucknee river is really nice during the week days, but all the city fags flood it during the weekend. Olustee state park is a nice place to camp but the mosquitoes are vicious, but the Olustee Battlefield Historic State Park is close so it makes for a neat trip.
