We went on a short holiday and asked a wife's relative to keep watch of things, collect mail, etc. I specifically said the cactii need no water, but she ended up WAY OVER watering them, must have been soaking them like every other day. When I got back home they were all a pile of rotting jelly. I can't explain how angry I was.
I know it's not impossible to buy more or some other cactus, but these were my babies.
