How do i stay sneaky in the woods? What if i wanna be as quiet as possible when walking? And staying somewhat unseen

learn to walk without sound on all other surfaces before you master the woodlands. Be mindful of your own presence at all times. Master the skill of silent walking to the point where you do it without effort. Once full mastering has been achieved, you'll notice that you have to make an effort to be heard. It's now a part of your regular walking style. You have become stealth!
It's a this point you can take your sneak-skill to the woodlands.

Being seen is another issue. If you don't want to be seen by humans get camo that obscures your silhouette. Most animals are colorblind and you will appear as gray to them. They will most likely smell you before they can see you, don't pass gas and don't burp. Granted you have mastered audio-stealth, they'll never hear you.

i was in my younger age hunted by 40 other autists in the wood at night i was the "werewolf" anyone i touched would be dead they got "magical weapons" that could kill me i have to tell you two things it's nearly impossible to move silently in the woods but you don't have to if your adversary makes more noise by magnitudes and blind themselves with lights while your nightvision is 100% and if you drop to the forest floor and don't move you are pretty much invisible for searchlights.
i made some kids shit their pants that night. fun times.

tip for optimal quietness: Just go the fuck outside and try to be quiet. if you don't want to be seen move at night, avoid people, or wear camouflage.

it's not that complicated as you step somewhere you will make noise break small branches shuffle leaves. if it happen sat rhythm of human walking (crunches in rapid succession then pause then again at every heartbeat) everyone will know where you are.
if you make them random sounding the forest is always full of such noise then nobody will know where you are.
