I've spent the last 8 years of my life in college, getting my doctorates, securing a fellowship, and then translating my experience into a reliable full time/long term job. Corona officially made me realize how my brain has been frying too much for too long. I decided I needed to reconnect with nature. I just bought 50 acres in rural Maine. The closest small town is 20 minutes away and only has a diner, gas station, small market, and a few other small businesses. I cannot express how excited I am to spend my weekends and vacations unplugging. Making my hands strong again, building an off the grid cabin, and reconnecting to nature and small town vibes.
