My boyfriend took me on a hiking trip in Oregon. He would take me to the hiking paths. It was good at first but I quickly realized I did not have his dexterity or endurance. I gave up on the path one day and cried. I told him I couldn't take it anymore that I was gonna die. I couldn't stand having no technology, no comfort!

There are bugs everywhere and I fucking hate the wild. His dad got mad at me and said I wouldn't survive in the wilderness. I got mad because he was basically talking about me dying and that was just such a dick move. Anyway, I went back to the city and my boyfriend is not even texting me.

I wanted to like the outdoors but I just can't. Girls aren't cut out for hiking, it's boring and there's nothing to do and it's also very hard.

Is this just a man thing? I'm still waiting for him to text me back
