How do i improve my wooden fort? I got lots of lumber lying around from the storm but i wanna redesign this entirely and turn it into a proper wooden fort. Any suggestions?

Thats a pretty cool fort OP! Is it waterproof? If not then thats what I would do first is make it so that you can hang out in it during rain storms.

After that I would figure out how to build some type of door that you can secure shut to keep the heat in.

Then I would try to build some kind of chimney with a stone fireplace somehow so that you can camp in it in the winter.
