this being said, a GPS app on a phone is 10 times more practical and thats why any out /job/ uses them, and just keep a compass as back-up, but of course there some /out/ autists that insist on using the less practical tool for some obscure larping purpose.
And please don't answer "muh special forces" as an example of /out/ job relying primarily on compass, you're not a soldier who has to minimize his signature, you just want to use a compass because you think it makes you cooler than the other kids.
