By law I only need a single "no trespassing" sign per property line- regardless of pengtrh. If someone trespasses, they get arrested.
Electricity was first 300 feet of power one for free (I was within that because a power line runs down my road) $4 a foot overhead, $7 underground after that. I'm on well and septic.
My next door neighbor raises grass fed black Angus steer. 54" of average rainfall so they cost virtually nothing to raise.
