Pretty Sure its Not, 1 wrong color, needs to be browner
2. The nipple On top is Not pointy enough
3. Cap is hanging to low
The stem is also a good Indicator, it should be bend

Can't tell from your shitty photo whether the gills are mottled (Panaeolus sp.) or not. Psilocybe semilanceata has uniformly dark gills and when the cap is torn it leaves a mucous membrane across the tear. Also, the stem should be thinner, darker and wavier.

You just follow the youtube video instructions if your doing PF Tek and read shroomery posts if you want to move up from there. If you fail on multiple jars in the same inoculation you likely didn't steam or pressure sterilize your jars/substrate long enough or didn't flame sterilize the spore syringe between inoculations. Either that or you house is riddled with mold in which case you need a really good SAB, but you should really just move to a better residence.

Yes there is telling, either it's a species that contains psilocybin or it's not. Amanita muscaria is a whole other deal and can in no way be confused with psilocybin mushrooms.

Either OPs image is P. semilinceata or it's some other non-magic mushroom that they shouldn't risk eating.

Picked locally in PNW. Stem is white and sturdy. They mushroom you have is too big and flat.... Always check spore prints too, should be purple and definitely not rusty brown.
