Hey /adv/ So essentially there's an abandoned boat in my apartment complex that's been sitting around for about a year.

I've decided to claim it as its very nice and has a fully intact hull.

note: the boat's interior is badly damaged by weather and theres no owner in the complex , noone has checked on it or attempted to move it, the tags are 4 years past expired, it will need some work to get running.

How do I go about this?
