And your pack weight plays a huge role with this. I myself carried packs of over 50 kg/110 pounds for days, but still, there's no debate about the fact that 35 pounds feels much lighter and better, and makes hiking a much more enjoyable experience.
For 4 days a temperate area during winter, I'd carry a total of 11.859 kg, or 26 pounds, and that includes food for 4 days and water for 1 day, aswell as quite a lot of stuff I'd carry on longer trips but may just leave home for such a short trip. Though that doesn't include any hunting gear.
