>>1949434anon makes a seemingly good suggestion here with Winding Stair Mountain, or rather with a trails near it. In the Ouchita National Forest area there are some good multiday trails. 3 of which can link up and become a week long trail which crosses into Arkansas, something I'm currently building towards.
