The current list of series/movies/books is as follows
>Alone in the wilderness, both the film and book
Great and comfy and while I think that at least half of the board has seen it I'd like to get it to 100%
>alone
Good for crushing the dreams of LARPers. Like that guy who acted all big and tough and left at like the first night due to bears. Later in the show you can learn more things, see what you really need to survive. Some guy made it to day 100 and I'm 99% sure that Jordan from season 6 could stay out there pretty much indefinetly. He's by far the most skilled and while the other's were concerned with even getting enough food for the day he was smoking meat by the kilos.
>The island
Bear Grylls's own show is absolute garbage and I think anyone here would agree on that. The Island however is much better. It's not quite as educational as alone but it's just as entertaining watching retards fucking up the most basic things. Like when the men come to the female camp in one of the seasons, the mean are thirsty and the women act all smug because theyre giving them water. As it turns out, they were drinking tainted water that they didnt even filter. And as they're throwing up and having stomach problems they just tell each other ''we need to drink the water to get back the water we lost''.
>Alone spinoffs like ''Alone: The Beast''
Educational in the more traditional sense.
>Various youtube series
Can be good when you need to learn about a specific skill, sadly a lot of them seem to be LARPers
Feel free to add onto this list any shows/books/films that you recommend.
