Pic related, absolute /out/kino state. Forest, outback, lakes, rivers, swamps, crocbros, vast undeveloped land where you can go hours of driving without seeing another car, or weeks of /out/ without seeing another person. Shame about the humidity though.

not to mention there's no ticks or leeches in QLD.
just dont go so far north that you have to deal with crocodiles and jellyfish n you're good.
also unlike other states in Australia, you dont need a fishing license to fish in QLD.
lastly, the fact that QLD is t-shirt weather in winter is the best part. means you can go camping year round and not have to worry about crazy autistic winter camping like the yanks or canucks do.

nah WA is better. qld coast is too developed & populated. WA is more wild & beach camping all along the coast. all u get in qld coast is caravan parks packed with gray nomads
