Here's one near me, 16km+ explored so far.
It starts on top of a hill and exits - probably - out of an underwater stream they've dived to +/-200m depth.
I've found caving - especially multi-day - to be the most miserable experience imaginable.
Caves here are cold and damp, just shitty places to be. Big fucking insects that get into your gear...
I'm not knocking it - it's just not for me.
Don't believe the hype on "near freezing" and "isolated part of the country". It's literally a 10min walk from the carpark, and people swim there in summer.

Another thing you can commonly encounter is (there's a name for this but I can't recall) narrowing rock crevasses, so if you slip in, gravity's going to crush your chest so you can't breathe. Saw one person slip into one of these - even roped up it was hard for a couple of us to haul them up. No room for a 3rd person.
