I want to do some winter bushcrafting shit but I want to know if this shelter setup will just be uncomfortable or make me not wake up when I fall asleep. It will likely be 20 degrees out and I will be wearing very warm clothing.

In 20 degrees youd be fine with a warm enough sleeping setup. I'd rather sleep by the log wall then under the tarp because the tarp is going to catch condensation from the fire's smoke, freeze, and rain ice on you. Tarps are really only good for blocking wind/rain, they're not meant to keep you warm

anyways you should be fine although i recommend having a more self-sustaining fire that feeds logs into it all night long otherwise you will freeze or have to wake up at least every 2 hours to replace the logs fucking up your sleep

Use a rakovalkea fire setup (your log wall is basicaly already one) and test out sleeping setups for warmth before attempting to survive innawoods with one. If you're freezing your nuts off, a fire is only going to take the edge off and you'll still be cold. If you're chilly, and only a bit uncomfortable, a fire might actually make you sorta comfortable.

is that woll blanket something you are sleeping on? or a buffer wall?

either way id recommend digging out the bottom a little bit, then filling with lightly toasted sticks and pine covered branches ontop of that.

and using some of the extra dirt to shore up some walls, so the wind doesnt whip away all your heat.

i am interested in what others have to say about this tho, as i have never attempted this setup

Someone who knows what they are doing? Probably not.
Is that wool blanket a layer on the floor for extra insulation or what you're planning to use as a...blanket?
For something like this the sleeping bag/sleeping system is a really important thing.
I'd guess closing up the sides of the tarp would be a good idea so the wind doesn't take away all the heat constantly.
Anyway, I never did an overnight at -6C so I can't tell you much about it.
