Look at just about any SilPoly tarp (or silnylon if you’ve been under a rock for the past decade). They’re usually pretty inexpensive, and obviously light, but you’re sacrificing weather and bug protection. Let’s not kid ourselves; you’re more covered in a tent.
Sometimes there are exceptions, like the Super Cat. The only issue it has is high winds, so it’s not completely unusable. Some say that Lanshan tent ticks all three boxes, but I dunno. The X-Mid definitely does, depending on your definition of “inexpensive.”
That Kelty tarp qualifies for one; it’s inexpensive.
