To burn for heat?

I have most of the things in your list. No condoms, no trash bags, no rope. But I also have
a candle for heat to go with the lighter.
Blankets for warmth
sand bags to add weight to the rear wheels. You can also put sand on the ice to provide traction.
A shovel so I can dig out of the snow
A 30 foot 10000 LB strap so someone can tow me out of a ditch
jumper cables and a battery jumper.

Before people bitch, I don't live in the city, where help is minutes away. Also, in rural areas, you stop and help people who are stranded. I have pulled several cars out of the ditch.

- breakdown triangle

Then, for me additionally:
- some reserves of my most used medicaments
- Knife
- Lighter
- I used to keep a wool blanket for (female) passengers during winter months in the back but thats long ago
- pocket tissues
- random bags
- rain gear (jacket and umbrella)

Let me think of shit I have and you don't. Not necessarily /out/ shit, just stuff that can be useful.
- waterproof jacket (I have a cheap pvc/nylon one from the hardware store, I don't plan on hiking 20 miles with it on, it's just to keep me mostly dry if I have to be in the rain for like half an hour or something, e.g.: changing a tire or getting the car unstuck)
- a small, cheap microfiber towel
- Flashlight + a few extra batteries (I got a 2xAA flashlight + a little case with 4 batteries)
- a baseball cap (or some other hat) for when it's sunny.
- bungee cord/shock cord
- some tools (for basic car repair/maintenance)
- some steel wire
- one of those shitty portable compressors to inflate the tires.
Like some other anons said, a gas can/jerrycan is not a bad idea. Even empty, it's easier to go and get fuel if you don't have to push the car there because you have nothing to put fuel in.
