My partner and I work as remote hiking guides and luckily some of the tours offered by our employer require heli access. This means we get around 10 free heli rides a season taking clients on hikes. The heli company also gives the guides 'at cost' heli trips so we only pay for fuel used. We would never be able to afford to hire one if it wasn't for this.
We are also lucky in that we are given access to places that aren't available to the general public, like the waterfall pictured. We landed at the top of those falls and spent the day swimming in the numerous waterholes and searching for rock art. It was a pretty special occasion as very few white people have ever been to those falls.
Heres a link to some photos from our time at the top of the falls. Didn't want to spam this thread with them. Best if you sort them by 'AZ'
