There's this kid who rides his dirt bike around the canals behind my house. He is probably like 11-12Normally it wouldn't be such a problem but he's tearing up the ground making it impossible to take a walk back there as a I often do. Pic related.
How can I stop him from doing this? I already called the cops but they didn't even bother chasing the kid because he can just drive off into the canal. The kid is black btw. Not that it matters.
