If you're worried about size look at size charts, some companies sell longer variations of sleeping bags.
I personally wouldn't bother with the savotta sleeping mat.
Varusteleka, sarma and savotta are a bit memey. Yes their kit is good, but their kit is also for soldiers.
That sleeping mat is heavy as fuck compared to other options. I'm not a weight cunt but don't spend money on heavier stuff when you don't have to.
Sleeping mats and blow up pads are a scam, just look for the cheapest one that fits your need. If I was doing -5 I'd go inflatable.
As for the bag, there as big difference between -10 and -5. If I were you I'd buy a bag that's for -5 comfort rating, and pack three pairs of socks, two for walking, rotating and drying each day, and one for sleeping. I use British army arctic socks but I only se them because they were issued to me and therefore free, there might be better out there.
Also wearing a hat, and thermals to bed will not only keep you warmer but also protect your sleeping bag from sweat, don't sleep naked.
Are you sleeping in a tent?
Also something no one mentions here is always pack for the worst weather, always waterproof all of your gear in as many drybags as convenient. This includes your sleeping bag, sleeping bags even in their compression sack are not waterproof, and if it gets wet it's awful.
Sorry for the spam, and if I came across as a dick I really don't mean it. It's awesome you can go on a trip.
