So I went mountain biking and really didn't bother to look at the weather. When I was near the top the temperature dropped alot and I just just using a jersey and my summer gloves. I could barely move my fingers and actually had to sit and put my hands in my buttcheeks to warm them. I had the normal hand pain due to pain but I reached the top and just spent like 10 minutes warming my hands a taking a few pictures. After a week my finger tips started to look like this and they haven't recovered after 2 months of using moisturizing cream. What can I put?
