Permanent (Already Growing):
Blackberries, Raspberries, Black Raspberries, Strawberries, Plums, Pears, Nectarines, Blueberries, Figs, Mushroom Logs, Potato onions, Jostaberry, Elderberry, Asparagus, Horseradish (Probably forgetting a few)
Vegetables:Potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Tomatoes, Peppers,Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Cucumbers, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Sweet Corn, Various squash.
New Project This Year: Lavender for bees. More bee hives. Expanding Orchard. Maybe currant plants. Maybe Wasabi.
Challenges: Irrigation/Plastic Mulch. Need to learn how to use new plastic layer. Need to install a deep well pump for new irrigated area. Getting seed has been a slight challenge. I would like to put up a greenhouse but with snow/time may be a challenge.
