>>2030382Tramontina are fine. Edge is usually just shaped rather than apexed, so not "sharp". Easy to put a small bevel on their shaped secondary bevel with a cheap ceramic rod/stone, or you can apex the shaped secondary with the same cheap ceramic.
Cold Steel, Fiskars and Ontario are fine too, and there's a chance one comes with a sharpened edge.
Condor are your more expensive ones, and tend to have alright edges from the box.
For brush, the Latin-style works the best.
