Eurofag neofolk-larper/hiker here. Where can I get hiking gear made from natural materials?

Surplus swiss Wool blanket, or surplus german THW wool blanket.

What counts as natural? Wool, cotton? Leather?Does it have to be of an old style cut, or can it be made with modern techniques?

Wool underwear and base layers should be easy to find. Mid layers too (a thick wool sweater). Leather boots too. Outer layers would be waxed canvas. Your backpack too. If you're super hardcore about natural materials I'm sure you can find some obscenely expensive raincoat made from vulkanized canvas which is 100% waterproof, 0% breathable, and weighs a ton.

None of this stuff will be cheap, by the way.

Oilcloth would be more common then waxed canvas. Waxed canvas was more of a British thing.
