We tend towards using male trees exclusively in public works, parks, streets, etc, because they won’t produce new trees on their own.
However, male trees are the ONLY ones that produce pollen. So by having exclusively male trees.....
You see my point?
Out in the wild forest of the Great outdoors there may be SOME pollen, but it will NOT be concentrated like it is in urban or suburban areas.
I have allergies in these areas during the spring time, but I’ve never had an issue with them while out in the actual wilds of North America.
