Any indoor mushroom farmers here? Im looking to get into the hobby by starting with golden/yellow oysters (Pleurotus Citrinopileatus). I was gonna do the monotub tek from the video that northspore made. i have all the materials, but one thing thats keeping me from getting started is that im not sure if i should start by buying made grain spawn, or buy liquid culture and make the grain spawn myself.

On the made grainspawn hand, i have a jumpstart where i can just add it to my substrate and i dont have to deal with the process of making it(which i actually dont mind), but seems the only con is that its a little pricier
And on the other liquid culture hand if i buy a 3 syringe pack i can get 3 different species for the price of 1 made grain spawn bag. Since i eventually intend on growing other species i thought this might be the better option but im sure
