Yes, but boil it first; urine has high amounts of sodium, urea, potassium, etc. (more so if you're already dehydrated) that would only dehydrate you further. If you boil it, it'll likely taste and work the same as any old water.

ive only done it once. i made an amanita tea, drank that, went to sleep, woke up at some point pissed in a cup, drank that, and went back to sleep. i experienced a deep dreamless sleep, no other effects that i could point out, maybe a bit drowsy or drunk feeling in the morning

If you know you're gonna stay without water for a long period of time is better if you don't piss unless you feel so full that it hurts, because once you lose liquid your organs will start deteriorating, keeping stalled piss is better than having no hydration at all inside of you, calcification can happen.

Remember that if you leave a trash bag hanging during the night, it's gonna collect water from the humidity in the air and it will be mostly edible, unless you're in the middle of a city (polluted water can kill).

IF you used an inline charcoal filter, it would filter out most of the chemicals components of your urine and neutralize the taste the other filter would get any microbial pathogens, a Sawyer can filter down to .01 microns, that's good enough to get most pathogens.

assuming you use a pre filter like a milbag and then the charcoal filter and the Sawyer at the end, probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 70,000 gallons, you should be fine. How long do you think it'd take you to piss out 70k gallons?
