I like to go on weekdays so there's less people. I do realize most locals work weekdays.
We were like JUST there 2 weeks ago so I dunno if I right want to go back to those spots. Kinda more I'm looking for a local to venture out (or have a pre-existing knowledge) of those spots and tell me what the trail conditions are like.
The forest service is relatively useless for less popular trails so I think maybe at this point I should start paying locals to hike trails for me and tell me (with photos) what the trail conditions are like. We've had some beautiful, scenic trails that were compromised by a complete lack of recent maintenance.
I do not live in West Virginia, I just visit to hike.

I'm not sure yet where we will be hiking on our next trip this week, somewhere near Lewisburg/White Sulphur Springs area.
