the trend with healthcare resources now is you say "minorities are receiving preferential treatment." is that to reward niggers? kind of but that is more like a side-effect. the real thing that's going on is there's a lot less of them than white people so it's a lot cheaper to just pay for them and condition white people to believe it's racist to demand healthcare for themselves too.
i'll bet this is probably going to happen with this childcare stuff too. it'll be made so mostly just brown people are on the receiving end.
