There is a building nauseousness from the lack of stimulation and too much introversion. Basically I want to feel normal on a day to day basis. I have to work six days a week so I can't really practice being isolated for long periods.

Inb4 I don't know how to tie knots that's why I have to do them multiple times.

Go to your local animal shelter and adopt.

When I was living at the cabi, I spent weeks anloe and have no concept of not being able to do so.

Read a book, listen to the radio, clean , cook, clean again, learn a musical instrument, take a walk, split firewood.

There's tons of stuff to do to keep busy

i grow up with many people around be but i always felt alone, and now that i like alone i love it, im sure i could spend weeks on end with know one around to talk to exept my self
but then again im kinda crazy, so it might be harder for you

thats not vary helpfull sorry

it take time to get used to being alone you have to find things to occupy your time, building fapping gardening what ever its get your hands moving it will take you mind off the ice cold loneliness your feeling

It helps to have a goal, I've found. The best way to experience the wilderness by myself is if I'm doing a thru-hike of a trail. That way, I have a goal each day, like hiking a certain number of miles a day.

I've gone a month mostly without seeing another soul while doing a long back-country journey in northern Canada. You do start getting lonely after a while, especially if you have a wife or significant other.

It has never really bothered me in a huge way, but you have to be mentally prepared for being alone for long periods of time, some people are just not programmed to be like that, and that is okay. Human beings are social animals, we thrive on interaction with other members of our species, so it's only natural that we get a bit freaked out by long periods of solitude.

Being okay with being alone is not something that can be learned, it is just a personality trait some people have and some people do not, that being said, I usually prefer being alone when I'm out hiking or adventuring, even though I am a hugely social person back in the world.

Realistic help? Get a small crank radio and listen to it at night. A dog is always a good decision if they are allowed where you are going, but I do understand not being able to afford one.

Naw, if there is no food my dog eats my food and I eat less food.

Over the years, I have had to look lovingly into his or her eyes and with hand undrr lower jaw say , "sorry babe , maybe tomorrow.".

A tale of woe I have not haf to express for many years now... (51 now).

But I reckon they always knew where it cme from and had the patients of Job.

If you can't afford to *buy* a dog, rescue a pup. Check with your local shelters.

On the feeding of Dog issue, hunt instead of buy? The dog will usually happily eat what you don't take off a carcass.

On human contact?
As someone previously mentioned, a radio.
