>>2058446Do not run with these. I was a very avid runner, and regularly did 30+ miles per week. I switched to these "shoes" and even tried to follow the ridiculous directions on the box that say not to wear for more than a few minutes at a time when walking or running in them. I ended up with Achilles Tendinosis and Achilles Tendonitis thanks to these dumb shits.
I starts with you just wearing them around the house to follow the directions. its the same as being barefoot, right? But these prevent the bottoms of your feet from hurting so you take out the trash too. Then next thiing you know you're wearing them to work/class. In 6 months they were my normal shoes tho I was not running in them. After a while I thought it was fine and started running, really slowly ramping up. I did a few 3 mile runs in them and hurt myself awful. I went to the doctor and basically got a professional lecture about what a dumb ass i am. That i cant ignore the muscles that are in my feet (which is what you're doing when you wear shoes or boots, you ignore the muscles in there. And them and their tendons and ligaments do not develop) for 28+ years and expect that walking around barefoot basically in these shoes will ramp up my foot muscles and bone structure enough to run and walk on concrete and tiles all day without injury. Basically i was told that you can only wear these things all day if you're pubecent or have been a hippy your whole damned life. avoid them.
