I lost a bet and I’m gonna be spending two nights in the woods in the Southeast US next weekend. I’m gonna be staying where I get dropped till I’m picked up. Won’t have anything unless I bring a knife and lighter which isn’t part of the bet but fuck it. I went camping a ton with scouting till college but that was years ago and I’ve forgotten a lot. Do you all have any recommendations on what to read in advance? I’ve only spent one night in the woods without anything but I want to catch an animal or something for bragging rights. Never been good at making a fire either. Any advice would be appreciated. Pic unrelated.
