Is this stone any good for cutting, flat-facing a retaining wall. Mostly granite (I think)?

I'm not a stone expert so was looking for some expertise on this rock.

I bought 4acre lot from my friend. This is what 50% of it consists of. Solid stone. Rises about 100' from the road. I paid 7k for it but figure the stone would be worth more split and dressed.
