>>2068698Nice, It's taken me a bit longer to shed the weight, started out at 415 two and a half years ago and currently at 230 now and still losing weight. It wasn't even that hard to, all I had to do was not eat carbs. I could eat as much as I wanted at first so I was never hungry, and then gradually I ate smaller portions because with the keto/paleo diet the food was pretty satisfying. not that I didn't allow myself to eat carbs/sweets every now and again like on holidays or family get-togethers, but went right back to the keto without feeling any guilt about it.
Exercise wasn't even part of it, other than walking the dog because I didn't want to blow my knees out, but am much more active now, biking, hiking, camping and fishing but nothing really strenuous, I'll work up to that as I get down to where I want to be around 175ish.
>>2068882Go keto/paleo, shit works, eat all you want.
>>2068804Noticed that this winter, I felt the cold much more than I usually do but that wasn't a huge deal since I could always put something on to warm up, and now on the other end of the spectrum, it's already hitting the 90's where I'm at and it doesn't bother me anywhere near as much as it used to.
The biggest benefit so far has been being able to use my hammock without feeling like it's going to break on me because I was too close to the maximum limit for it.
But being fat shouldn't stop anyone from enjoying being out. Here's proof: Fat chix in a yak.
