Typically, the Older you are ... the more experiences you've had with: "Roof Rack/Tie Down Situations" LOL I've carried everything from: Canoe, Kayak, 10-14 Aluminum boats, Mattresses, Roof Rack Carriers, Wood, Bikes ... Construction Materials, you name it. NUMBER ONE rule is to ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK (Walkaround) and Tie/Secure things Extra!!!! If you think on knot is good, tie a second. Take the extra minute!!! * Your fucking right it sucks to have things Fly off on the road or highway. Obviously, bad news for whatever it is that falls off, You could fuckin kill someone else, End up paying big fine or damage costs. It's a GOOD HABIT, to always double check, re-enforce before you leave. Been there...done that! * Pay for the better quality: Rope, Bungee cord, Tie down, Clips, Harnesses and Straps
