Clothing is important but depends on what you're doing and what you can spend on it. If you are just day hiking, basketball shorts and a walmart synthetic shirt will do. For backpacking I do find the cost associated with antiodor clothing worth it like exofficio undies and shirts. OP pic is like bushcrafting larp gear which I don't do but fishing along banks with pricker bushes carhart pants are my preferred gear.

Yeah, there's just no fucking reason for it to cost that. The material is just polyester and cotton and the features are on par with stuff any workwear company makes.

I got one for 15€ during end of season sales and it been going for 2 years. doesn't rip, doesn't chaff, dries quickly, weighs nothing, 5 stars all across, and for less than a pari of jeans in a supermarket

i really like snickers, my old pair finaly wore out after like 8 years of work and camping so i got 2 new pairs, even a new set of kneepads, my old set kinda melted lol

I have a pair of the grey and black. These pants are incredible for everything /out/
They have these little side zippers so you can get some air flow all the way up to your thigh. The padding is great if you ever have to be on your seat or knees for an extended period of time. The material is super breathable and has some goretex

woodsman anorak doesn't have a mesh inner lining and is missing several other features the pilgrim anorak has, and the woodsman pants look very basic compared to the pilgrim pants

i had one briefly some years ago, the fabric is dummy thicc and heavy, it's wind resistant as fuck. very non-breathable with no underarm ventilation/mesh inner, a dated design i'd say unless you live in the urals and that's what you could get for cheaps. i'd say it's worth $30 a piece but no more
