You probably have another plant growing around whih is just as good for risotto capability and ease of gathering, especially because that fucker likes to grow along roads and in cities.
"Silene vulgaris", here knows as "sciopeti", now it's probably too late to gather it BUT! it's already starting to bloom and the flowers are easy to spot, so you'll know the spots for next year. The flowers are white bells on a green kinda gras like plant, up to like a feet tall. grows in grass, as i mentioned i found it even along roads but also smaller specimens along riverbanks etc.
You should harvest the stems and attached leaves in spring. When you take them they kinda pop because of how the stem is done, so that's why they're called "sciopeti", little poppers. kinda bitter like bruscandoli.
