free medical? kind of? we getr medschool students and PAs who work on the rez for a few years in exchange for some of their tuition. never had a doctor out there or equipment newer than 10 years old
free college? nope. I had to take out loans for my first two years before getting academic scholarships.
free land? maybe? i'm inheriting my parents land when they die, but thats it. though no property taxes (which has a ton of pitfalls there, ie no snow plowing, roads are shit, etc)
ffree houses? IDK where the fuck you heard that from. people buy themseleves trailers or build houses themsleves as banks wont put a mortgage on a rez house (they cant own it if we decide not to pay)
rights to hunting, yeah. that one is murky. my brother got arrested for hunting out of season with his treaty card in his pocket. was thrown out after the fact, but theyll still stop you in the moment
casinos? some do, yes. and those ones are the ones getting college paid for, as it is paid by the casino, not the federal gov. my rez doesnt do casinos (bc its like cultural prostitution and prays on weaknesses that are prevelant in reservations), so i never got the benefits therein.
tobacco sales are real, but it benefits a lot less than you think. it essentially makes half a dozen per reservation wealthy, and affords the rest with minimum wage jobs.
