Touhgnes is the ability of a steel of taking force without braking or chipping. There are multiple treats and all correlate with each other fag. I do own both different super steel knives and 1095 knives (i have a couple of mora's) and i can tell you 1095 is a old steel. Is good because is cheap and can reach good propertys with cheap treatment. But is nothing special.
