Okay guys what am I gonna do now? This tree was leaning at a 45° angle and I decided to take it down but it got hung up in this tree. I chopped away on its bottom portion hoping that it would fall out. Now it is still hanging in the tree without ground contact. How do I get it down safely?

Looks pretty small. Just go up and grab the base and jerk it back and forth until it comes out. Then clean up those trees.

I think it weighs at least 100KG. So if the tip falls down and the bottom jerks back up it will probably knock me out or something.

Shit, the guy just felt like cutting a tree.

I've cut a tree that broke and was hanging over a downhill trail (as in mtb) in which I regularly take walks on (that shows how many bicycle fags there are using the trails: none.)
I actually trim/cur lot of trees and branches on the small trails I walk.

Unironically, the more I learn about America and its laws the more I'm certain it is actually one of the most oppressive legal systems in the world.
But they let them have circus (guns), although they spare a bit on the bread (homelessness numbers are amazing and wealth inequality is getting worse and worse)

You don't. The tree will always get hurt on the fall.
Oh, safe for you so you get to keep your teeth?
Maybe tie a rope to it (or a strap or something) so you have a bit of distance and give it a few good tugs.
