I am looking to start a small rural community of 100-150 people which can for the most part survive on its own. I need
>Rights to a couple dozen acres
>Building permits
>100-150 people
>Materials to build shelter
>Arable land on those acres
>Light weaponry for hunting/defense
>One or two doctors
>Marketplace connected to outside world to sell goods for cash
>Generators for electricity
>Some sort of waste system
What am I missing? This idea is in it's infancy, so it is open to a lot of changes.
