What is the absolute bare minimum for saftey and piece of mind that you should carry with you while going out?


I'm not really and /out/ person. But my new job will be taking me to some fairly remote areas in the country. It dawned on me that I should have some minimal skills and gear with me - or at the very least in my vehicle - when I go out for work.

What would you put in a little crash bag.
