>>2096385I'm not, though I find it interesting what people find. It's also intriguing to me, considering recently I'm learning how much research can go into choosing a site to scan.
But while I'm here, can I ask some advice? I don't know if I could possibly rent a metal detector, but I may end up buying an inexpensive one for one purpose: To trace some buried plumbing in my yard.
How deep can they sense metals? I don't want to get like some shitty $30 metal detector that can't find a penny under the leaves, if you want an exaggeration on the other end of the spectrum, but I also don't want to break the bank. I don't want to dig the whole thing up just to figure out where it runs, and if I can repair it, I may well do so. If I choose to remove the system, then the digging starts.
