A small bottle of diesel fuel or white gas (coleman fuel) think 8 oz. The main problem you're going to be dealing with is sap and stuff, especially if you're a conifer country plebeian, and diesel will take that stuff off right away.

From one germaphobe to another, there's no taking that phobia into the woods. Get over it and tough it out. The only legit reason you'd ever need to wash your hands inna woods is for after you take a shit, or if you're handling raw meat/dead things. In either case, just use water and soap. Preferably biodegradable soap.
