I wouId educate myself on mountain climbing in winter conditions and take courses/seminars while trying to get as much practical experience as possible. Would consume as much material as possible on summiting ultra prominent peaks and try to get advice from actual pros. I would also take the first year to get in peak physical condition while also doing more intense hikes as the year progresses. Would try to summit a random ultra as a test eoy. Id to more of the same the next year while also traveling trying to squeeze in as much altitude training as possible and build endurance. End of year 2 I summit Annapurna.

I'd try to climb as much as possible with people who know what they are doing, and hopefully put together a skilled team. I'd take trips out to global ranges to get as much experience as possible. After like three years of doing this constantly I'd try climbing it and hope I don't fucking die from freak weather or something. Honestly I wouldn't even want 10 mil for getting to the top just climbing it would be reward enough
