Also if you have a legitimate reason to be in Alaska other than vacation or leisure you can probably get through, such as if you're visiting family or friends at an Alaskan address or your own address in Alaska and just transiting through. The leaf stasi will still thoroughly check your papers, test you, and may quarantine you or deny you entry anyway though, so you probably won't get through if you say you're just going to visit the northernmost point of AK because you want to but you probably can if you have a non leisure reason to be at an AK address and need to transit.
