Then either edit pic on phone, or put pic on pc, and edit on pc, and print edited pic, then you could edit the date on card to be good for any year you want.
So, you could spend like 10 minutes, doing the privacy invading questionnaire for fishing license, (i used to work at a store with a pc that had the form for fishing license.)
And spend like 30$ or whatever it was every year (it's been years, i can't remember)
Or you could take pic, edit pic, maybe use pic on phone (does showing a pic of your id on phone count? (maybe not), or print pic on pc/printer, and all for the cost of FREE.
