>>2120514Mine's even worse. You called someone a retard, and while I think it's a stupid reason to ban someone, it's at least a reason.
I joined a forum that required an introductory post. I quickly wrote down a few facts and stated some preferences. One of the things I wrote was my preference for frozen pizza over takeout or homemade.
A few minutes after posting I started getting replies from at least three different board members that frozen pizza isn't real pizza. I wrote something like, "Looks and tastes like pizza to me." and they were like, "You don't understand, it's NOT real pizza whether you think it is or not." and I was like "Ok, well, that's just your opinion." They wrote back with more "No, this isn't an opinion. It's factually not pizza. You need stop eating that garbage." and I was like, "Ok, guess what, I don't care what you think. Your opinion doesn't matter to me and it never will."
Few minutes later got an email from the admin telling me that he would be deleting my account for harassing elder members, and he quickly followed through on it. No more than an hour after signing up and I'm permanently banned. It was amazing.
Sites that don't require registration to participate are based. At least with reddit you can create an account without an email address. I hate that site, but it helped kill a lot of forums, and that's a good thing.
