Long story short: I need some info on traveling lightweight anno 1400

Long version: I am trying to get some insight in outdoor travel and survival in the high and late middle ages. More specifically what would be the least amount of equipment and food needed to travel 300km without much if any human contact. Provided that the person in question is traveling during the summer months, wears a woolen hose and jacked, has a bow and a knife.
